Park Royal Acapulco is a terriffic hotel. We are Royal Holiday members, so we had our own concierge. (Gustavo, who was the best. We booked our stay at the Villa Vera (VV) through Interval International. We stayed for 15 days. I usually request and upgrade after the initial reservations are made, and when I called the resort I talked to an English-speaking attendant and the upgrade was done. We stayed at the Fiesta Americana and Leo the cab driver for the resort took us there by his recommendation. We were treated very nicely by the staff and management . They personally came over and talked to us. The views are fantastic after the sun sets. The food was good but nothing above average. It was better than most... more
