This B&B is just beautiful. Robert has done a fabulous job renovating and extending the original building. Our room was exactly as pictured on his website. My husband and I recently stayed at Hotel Quintessence for seven nights this past August. From the time we arrived to the time we departed we experienced the best customer service we've ever had in any hotel. I stayed at the Fairmont August 30th to September 1st, and my boy-friend and I had a great time. The staff were friendly, and we truly enjoyed the pools, jacuzzis (indoors and outdoors), the steam baths and sauna! Our rooms were cozy and clean.
