Very disappointing. Largescale building works for between 10-12 hours per day, including weekends. Diffident service. Tired rooms. Could not recommend. more

Oum Palace Hotel

Aug 10, 2008

The Oum Palace was a pleasant hotel. The room was simple and clean. The lobby area was small and fine but it does not compare to the other five star hotels in the area: Sheraton and Royal Monsour Meridien - their lobbies are amazing and also their hotel prices reflect this. The Oum Palace was fine. We stayed here for... more

Hotel Azur

Aug 5, 2008

The hotel Azur is the most awful hotel I have ever stayed in. It was rated as a 4star by Hotelopia, but it is in fact a three star though I have stayed in better unrated hotels. The room was dank and musty with hard bolster pillows on the bed, The tv and the air-conditioning remote controls did not work.... more

Ibis Moussafir Casablanca City Center

We were due to stay here for a few nights but cut it short as we found Casablanca nothing to write home about! The hotel however was lovely and just as well as we ended up spending a fair bit of time in it! It was very modern and our room was new, clean and spacious. We enjoyed breakfast very... more

Ibis Moussafir Casablanca City Center

Jul 28, 2008

We were given a "double" room--which meant two twin beds shoved together, with a barely navigable perimeter of 12 inches around the beds. That was the whole room! One towel, and a microscopic bar of soap--for two people. The carpet was disgusting--my damp feet turned black after walking on the carpet after the shower. The whole hotel smelled of stale... more

We stayed in other Ibis in Marrocco, and in general we were very satisfied, but Casablanca was the exception that confirms the rule. Our room was very old. The floor carpet was dirty and broken, the walls had a similar aspect. The worst were all the cockroaches running all over, even in our suitcase! But the worst happened few seconds... more

Maamoura Hotel

We only spent one night at the hotel but would like to have stayed longer. A very clean and well appointed large room at a great price. close to the Medina and downtown goings on. We would highly recommend this hotel more

There was a problem between Expedia and the hotel, and although we had booked and paid for a meal with wine along with our room, food service was refused and the staff refused to look at the booking confirmation. As this hotel is remote from any other facilities, we had no other option for food. The internet and bar fees... more

We enjoyed a two night stay in Casablanca at the end of May. We booked due to the recommendations on Trip Advisor and were pleasantly surprised. Very competitive rate and comfortable hotel. Emails organising our stay were answered quickly. We would suggest collection by their driver from the airport, particularly as in our case we had just completed a long... more

We stayed in The Hotel Maamoura for 2 nights in July 2008. The location was good and the room was large although we found ours not to be very clean which was disappointing after all the good reviews we had read on trip advisor. The breakfast was also poor, just coffee and some rolls, we had far better in every... more

We stayed there 3 nights, I cant think of anything that was so terrible, but the feeling you get is that the hotel is run down and all the windows are really dirty on the outside. Which means that when you look out upon the city, it makes everything appear even dirtier. Breakfast was ok. Bed was hard as a... more

There's not much to write home about when it comes to discussing Casablanca as a tourist destination. The JW Suites though were altogether different from the city in which is resides. The only problem that I had was with the cab driver at the airport who insisted that the place didn't exist, 'Oh yes kind sir, but how it does'.... more

This hotel was a thoroughly enjoyable place to stay. The rooms were spacious, clean with comfortable beds, had nice sized bathrooms, and the balconies gave us splendid views of the ocean. There was a bar, with a spacious veranda, that served any kind of libation you might want. The front desk was extremely helpful with all of our needs, and... more

We stayed one night her as is was the only hotel near Casablanca air port. We stood at the check in desk for 20 minutes and were ignored. We had pre booked the room so when we asked if we could check in we were rudely told no as the rooms we not ready, we were told there was a... more

Think that says about it all. One of the better restaurants in Casablanca. You need to like pureed vegetables as that's the house specialty. House mark-up on wine is a little above the going rate. Meat and fish dishes are exquisitely prepared. PeaderOParis more

Found hotel in guide book - pretty cheap, decent location, clean Was next to a nightclub which seemed pretty noisy, but didn't actually keep us awake. Internet access - free for half and hour - was pretty useful Grand taxis are reasonably easy to get round the corner to the left; petit taxis on the main road round the corner... more

This hotel has somehow been classified as a 3-star hotel, and it is recommended by Lonely Planet with claims of spotless bathrooms and fresh flowers in each room (Ha!), but the only explanation I can think of is that they heard the LP people were coming and got to work. It is a Moroccan worker's overnight hotel which has found... more

Atlas Airport Hotel

We had to stay a night at Casablanca part of our stopover and the agency booked us in the Atlas Airport hotel. The hotel was up to date and clean looking. The room was clean but there was hair on the floor of the bathroom. There was no room service or a bank machine. Whenever you had to ask a... more
