Loved the hotel, rooms, trails and views. excellent. We did however have a poor service expereince from one main hotel person, Estaban, who regularly works the front desk. Seems Estaban has a reputation of providing selective service. Treated my 21 yr old son with a significant condesending attitude for no apparent reason. I complained to others at the front desk... more

Stayeed two nights with my family. Rooms were large and clean. Shower was beautiful, had its own greenhouse/atrium. Very peaceful and quiet. Restaurant was excellent. Could of stayed a week. Only complaint was that the beds were rock hard. more
