We ate at Harry Caray's downtown location for lunch. The service was very good without being overbearing. As an appetizer I got a cup of the Tallgrass Beef Barley soup, which I highly recommend, really had a good flavor, was probably my favorite thing I ate there. Booked through hotel website, same price as all others. Don't spend extra on corner king suite - was not really a 2 bedroom suite. but Customer Service from Valet to Front Desk was above average for other hotels I've stayed in chicago (2/3x year) Would stay again - FREE breakfast buffet was way above average as well, hot/cold quick options.... more

I stayed here for one night and had a very good experience. The location is great, room service was good (although the menu was limited). I understand that the hotel provides free massages between 5:30 and 7pm each weeknight. They also have kiosks that allow you to check in for flights. A very good exercise room for a hotel. My... more
