Parc Guell is unique. I think there's no other like this. Where else can you see multi-level park? More: everything looks like it wasn't created by man, but by nature. All terraces, columns, benches are made of rock. Every is different. No one looks exactly like other - just like in nature. It's amazing. In center of the park is... more

Great park, quite a lot so see as you walk around, some mad buildings! It's a bit of a walk from where the tourist bus drops you off, but is worth the walk. There are some great views across the city from the park! Would be a nice park to relax in if it wasn't so busy! Definately one to... more

Imagine you are on a fairy tail, in a fairy park, with spectacular views and spectacular stone structures...you are on Parc Guell. First it was designed to be a "garden-city" but then Eusebi Guell (the owner) ran out of money and a few houses were built. It's a must-see in Barcelona and if you go there you will find by... more

This is a free park. It's pretty far out distance wise, we did it on a sightseeing bus tour, that had all the Gaudi stops. When you get off the bus, there is a 3 block or so walk striaght up a hill. I think cabs were nearby for those who couldn't make it. It's not a traditional park, there... more

Parc Guell offers the visitor a chance to look at Gaudi's genius, but be advised that the Park will probably be mobbed with thousands of people. If you're up for some walking, make the trek to the top of the park for some great views of Barcelona and a break from the hordes congregating near the park's entrance. more

By chance we ended up at the park around lunch time and what a great coincidence it turned out to be. The park is a scensory experience you will never forget. It felt like entering a different world. Gaudi was a geniusWe ate lunch and just soaked up the sights and sounds. We walked around the park for a good... more

Sometimes the free and 'not what was my priority to see' attractions leave the best memories and are the most fun this applies to the Parc Guell. Free to enter and enjoy (always a bonus when on a budget) and a little of everything for everyone - art, architecture, scenery, relaxation, panoramic views. The colour and 'craziness' of the 'fixtures... more

Be very cautious when taking Bus 24 to Guell Park. We just took our Parents to the park on this bus and we had a serious encounter we a team of 5 pickpockets in the crowded bus. The driver locked the doors and called the police once someone discovered this group. The guys were trying to hit the emergency open... more

Although a bit of a hike from the closest metro stop (Lesseps), this is a must on a tour of Guadi’s works, but well worth it. There are two houses (one which very much resembles a gingerbread house), the steps, the famous lizard, an impressive columned pavilion, and an open area above the columned pavilion with a winding mosaic bench.... more
