We were actually staying in Cairns and heard that we should head out to Palm Cove Beach for the day to experience a proper Australian beachside village. We were so pleased that we made the 20 minute journey norht of Cairns. The beach is just beautiful, not too many other people and there are plenty of sunlounges available for free... more
