In October 2004 we visited the Canaima National Park on a one-day trip. From Margarita Island it was approximately a 2 hour flight to Venezuela, accompanied by our tour guide, Jesus Hernandez. A tour with LTA from Margarita island (c£200)included a trip up the Orinoco Delta, a night in the jungle, a walk behind El Sapo and a flight over Angel Falls. This was nothing less than awesome.
