What to do if you think you're only going to be there once in a long time.

1. Marriott Sydney Harbour
Ave price:
$338

Good location right in the heart of Circular Quay. |
| All this way and you HAVE to see the Opera House! |
| If you're brave, walk across the top. If you're not then head around the bay to get the famous Opera House / Harbour Bridge photos. |

| One of the best Aquaria(ums...?) in the world - if you love spending hours looking at Sharks and watching Sealions in huge tanks then this is a must (and bear in mind that Oz revolves around the water) |
| Head up to the top to get the best view of one of the best cities in the world! Great so long as the weather's good! |

6. Telstra Stadium, Sydney, New South Wales
| Whether you're an Olympic fan from 2000 or a Rugby World Cup 2003 England supporter, then you have to make the effort to leave the heart of Sydney to go on a tour of the Telstra Stadium. Best way to get there is a leisurely cruise on one of the Circular Quay ferries up the river and then come back on the train from the station right outside the Stadium. |

7. Australian National Maritime Museum
| A proper "Boy's Toys" day out - visitors get to tour Battleships and Submarines and see lots of stuff from Australia's nautical past - an excellent day out. |

| Some of the best steaks available, set right on the harbour, together with a view of the Opera House and the Harbour Bridge. An excellent place to while away a few hours enjoying some fine Aussie cuisine. |
