We cannot say enough good about the time we spent at Pottery House on vacation. All aspects of comfort are catered for in a tranquil setting overlooking loch Ness with (on our experience) snow capped mountains. The rooms were a delightful invite after a long journey and the hosts accepted us with just short of royal treatment. Very friendly enviroment... more

We had a fantastic stay at Pottery House. It was friendly and we couldn't fault a thing. The room was excellent with a fantastic en-suite, the breakfasts were amazing with you able to have a choice every morning from a variety of things. Every morning you were served with warm fresh baked rolls, everyday they being different. Overall excellent and... more

The Pottery House is a wonderfull B&B. Our hosts, John & Glen, were very welcoming & helpful with plenty of information on where to eat and things to see. The breakfasts were fabulous with the highlight being the home-made buns and jam. Each day was a different, very creative menu with plenty of choice. Our room was very spacious and... more

Stayed 15th Oct 08, for one night. On the driveway upto the B & B was a little put back by the rundown building at the top of the main drive, however B & B is up a further track and looks live a lovely quaint property from the outside. A word of caution about the gravelled track which had... more

We stayed at Pottery House last month for one night. Glen and John were perfect hosts and the room was perfect. It was spacious and clean with everything provided - including a fridge with fresh milk - a rare find in a B&B. Shower was great, as was breakfast. A folder of information provided in the room gave some good... more

Our broadband link is a little slow (around 2mb-4mb) because we are in a small Highland village a good distance from the telephone exchange, not much we can do about that I’m afraid. However it is free! And we have both wi-fi and a PC available for guest use, a high quality printer for printing maps and/or directions, plus our...

We stayed here for a couple of nights while on our honeymoon recently, and had a wonderful experience. Our room was sparkling clean with eveything we could have wanted, including a big bathroom and the most comfortable bed ever. The hosts were very welcoming, loaning us dvds from their collection and pointing out the red squirrels in the trees outside.... more

i stayed at the Pottery House for 4 days in September. The weather was very rainy but the stay at the B&B was wonderful. The rooms and B&B were very clean and I liked the Eco options. The bed was very comfortable and I looked forward to relaxing in it after long days walking about. I used the Pottery House... more

This B&B was very lovely. The room was modern, clean and beautiful. The place is very quiet and just next to the Loch Ness. The breakfast was excellent, a large choice of coocked food, fruits, cereals, tea and coffee. I advise people to go in this B&B, it was very nice. more

Was up in Loch Ness for the first time to run the Marathon and being able to stay somewhere that was restful and in a location by the Loch was a must. However what made our stay was the hospitality of John and Glen and the individuality of the Pottery House. Add in a great breakfast, beautifully kept house and... more
