We booked a decent rate through Agoda, but it was non-refundable, which was my biggest complaint. The hotel itself was really nice; modern decor, very clean, nice rooms, decently sized, etc. The location is practically right on top of the Hanzomon subway stop. A lot of the time we check into large international style hotels and pay for a room rate which caters for facilities that we do not use, or did not know existed e.g. a pool/fitness centre, business centre, 24 hour room service, etc. But for those of us who don’t use these things, simply put it is just a rip-off.... more
