This hotel is an older hotel for the 'Le Meridien' chain, as a few of the other reviews have noted. The rooms are smaller than you might be used to in western Meridien hotels, but fairly average for Japanese business hotels (without going to top-end hotels anyway). A huge advantage of this hotel is it's location, directly across the street... more

I selected this hotel for a one night stay to allow some sightseeing around Tokyo before catching a flight out of Narita. The location is extremely convenient to the station and worked as a good central spot to go around town. By subway, nothing was more than 190 Yen (about 15 Min) away, and making the connection to the N’EX... more

After reading the past reviews, I was slightly cautious about staying at this hotel. Fortunately, I decided to book a two-night stay at this Starwood Hotel. Not to be confused with the Grand Le Meridian, this hotel which is just across the street from the Shinagawa Station, offers a very convenient location to a train station and allows you to... more

I did use my Starwood points to stay here so only paid $45 a night but was pretty disappointed by the aged look of the hotel. It really does need an overall as very much stuck in the 80's and not at all what i am used to at Le Meridien's! The room we had was so small there was... more

We stay in this hotel twice or three times a year for a couple of days when travelling for business. It is easy to reach from Narita airport using the Limousine bus. Fare is 3000 yen a person and it takes about an hour and 15 minutes. It is located in the business district of Shinagawa, opposite of the train... more

An Hotel that should be closed for an appropiate refreshment and a courtesy training to the staff. Room was old and the the mattress was terribly hard. Around 9 pm we have required to change the mattress but the last solution founded by the only one kind staff in the hotel has been to put some towel on it. A... more

I stayed at Le Meridien Pacific for three nights in September, 2007. I found the accommodations to be more than adequate, but not the same as Western hotel accommodations at all! I'm not sure what rate my company paid for the rooms, but I know they weren't cheap. The room contained two beds; I'm guessing twin size or something pretty... more

If you have business in Shinagawa area, this hotel is perfectly located next to the station and the Takanawa shopping and restaurant wings. That's probably the best thing about it, with exception of perhaps rather lovely garden and man-made waterfalls one overlooks from the buffet breakfast room. Hotel is dated, service (for Japan) is somewhat average, not too clean, not... more

I stayed at this hotel during September 3-5, 2007. I was very disappointed when I walked into the room. The room was quite small. The bathroom is a small module. It does not look like a Le Meridien hotel room. The TV set was very old. I picked the hotel for its location near Shinagawa station. The only good thing... more

This was my first time staying at this hotel in this part of Tokyo since my favorite Imperial Hotel was full. I was on a business trip and didn't need luxury accommodations. The Meridien was a basic business hotel as others have mentioned. The breakfast buffet was probably the biggest disappointment for me. It was very limited with mainly American-style... more
