I really enjoyed my stay at the Prince Park Tower. Be sure to request a corner room if you can. Imagine 2 walls of windows, the view was fantastic. My room was great. Great bed, nice size plasma tv, huge bathroom with separate shower and jucuzzi tub which was perfect after walking all day. You are given mint and lavender... more

A luxury and relatively recent (built in 2005) hotel on a convenient location with an excellent service. There is twice an hour shuttle to Hamamatsucho JR station (two stations from Shinagawa JR station). Our large and comfortable room (with a full size bed, sitting area and desk) was on the 25th floor, All possible bathroom amenities were provided. We enjoyed... more

Rated as a 4 star, quite simply in most of the world it would be a deserved 5 star+. Top of the range facilities and excellent friendly amiable staff. Beautiful Spa/Gym and they lend you a full set of top of the range kit to wear if you didnt bring your own. Lots of different restaurants throughout the hotel, huge... more

My son and I recently visited tokyo for my eldest son's wedding. I booked through the hotel website . We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights & we were not disappointed ! First of all customer service is IMPECCABLE ! Even though not all staff spoke english , everyone had a basic understanding of the language . We took... more

I don't think this hotel deserves the high rating it received; on our first night, we were given a tiny, horrible smelling smoking room (after I had indicated specifically on our reservation for a non-smoking room) resembling nothing that was shown on the hotel website. It was positively hideous, small windows and dark. When I complained, the young woman said... more

Located near a park and two subway lines. The hotel is a large high rise building, not very exciting to view. The lobby however is very nice with an atrium. The service was excellent. We had daily buffet breakfast on the top floor with a great view. One night we had a late dinner in the hotel. The reataurant was... more

I really can't say enough good things about this hotel. The airport bus drops you off right in front, although it is one of the last stops. The hotel is really nice and cool. I was there in the heat of July and it was always so nice to come back to the hotel and have it be so cool.... more

After reading such great reviews, I was determined to book this hotel and eventually found a fabulous rate for the premium executive rooms on expedia. We stayed here for 6 nights after staying at the Hyatt Regency in Shinjuku. Although I feel that staff are slightly more friendly at the Hyatt, the room and facilities at the Prince Park Tower... more

Booked this hotel after reading good reviews on Trip Advisor. When we pulled up to the hotel, I thought it was nothing special (it's very tall, but looks a little dated from the outside)...but once we got inside, wow, wow, wow. The lobby is great, the glass elevator that faces the interior of the hotel is great and the rooms... more
