We booked......... a room with bay and city view "guaranteed." We got..............a great view of a multi story car park. The guy on the desk tried to of us off with some story that "...you could see the bay and the city before the car park was built." The hotel is conveniently located to the cruise terminals and other attractions in Old San Juan. The staff at the front desk are horrible! don't expect a friendly greeting when you check in and don't ask any questions since they seem to think that you are bothering them when you do.
