We chose to stay at this hotel because of its contemporary design shown in pictures. Once checked in, we realized that it was also situated in a great location. Our main problem was that the staff did not really speak English. It was very tough to communicate. They meant well and were all nice but they never understood our requests.... more

I chose to stay at the Eurostars Suites Reforma because I was able to book a last-minute deal at Expedia for $31.50/night inclusive of tax, which is approximately 75% off this hotel normal pricing. Great location between Reforma and Zona Rosa. In a relatively tranquil area for Mexico City. Extremely well furnished with modern and stylish decor. Lovely staff. Great value. would certainly recommend over monstrosities like the Sheraton around the corner more
