This vacation trip was through our Hilton Grand Vacation membership. The vacation club/resort is older but well maintained except for a few of the bathtubs and sinks. They need refinishing and better caulking around them. That is being picky but the standard is not the same as the Grand Vacation Clubs in the US. Otherwise the resort has everything needed.... more

The Location of the hotel was beautiful and peaceful. The layout of the hotel was convenient, but inside the hotel room was a different story. The room was nice but had several problems. First we had a leak, which they did fix, everything you leave in the bathroom ends up smelling mildewed, and our tub was very hard to drain.... more

Just got back from a week at the FA cancun. This property is great. It's a timeshare, not a hotel so it feels more lived in. By this I mean you don't feel like you have to keep telling your kids to stop touching stuff in the room and lobby. Kitchen was great! Construction next door was only 50 feet from our room but hotel would not change our room, construction legally banned prior to 9:00 am since it's a resort area but workers started at 7:15 am every day of our stay, noisy generator near our room ran for several hours each night.
