If this was my first visit to Cancun, I would never ever go back! This hotel was awful. Apparently open only a few months, they have a mountain of maintenance problems. First off this hotel is just an addition to the oasis viva beach. there is no seperate "Grand" hotel. The rooms were very nice; however, the food was terrible.
