This hotel is a good value for money. Nice rooms, pools, beachfront, service for a very reasonable price. The staff from the Hotel is polite and very friendly. Rooms are big clean and with everything you need. The food is OK. We didn't go for the all inclusive and I think we did the right thing. I think you really... more

This is a great hotel, and a great value for families and anyone who loves diving. If you are into drinking all night long go to Cancun. This is a great dive resort for the learner or experienced. This is a Jacque Cousteau stomping ground. Alfonso, in our opinion is the best trainer and the guy to dive with or... more

Just returned from an 8 night stay at the FA. Nice location, rooms were nice, ocean view, good A/C, nice ocean breezes, nice beach and boat pier. Dive House is on site, they are OK but there are better on the island. And most ops will pick you up here. Nice and close to the reefs. more

Overall it was an okay stay at the hotel. The good points: great, friendly staff, the pools were nice and the activities were fun. Great towel service. All the employees are very friendly and polite. The food is not very good and gets old very fast. The selections were not what we expected from a Mexican hotel; they try too... more

Have gone to cozumel once to twice a year for the last five years, got married on the island two years ago. We went to FA to check out wether it would be nice to take the kids to next year. No, No and No. Did not go AI, would have been mad if I had, service was so slow,... more

We stayed at the Fiesta Americana for a week to go diving earlier this month. The biggest plus of this hotel is the dive school. It is one of the best dive schools I have ever seen. They are extremely well organised, good value for money and very safe. The hotel itself is perfectly set up for divers. Our room... more

Overall I was disappointed in Fiesta Americana. There was no natural beach to walk along after dinner or wade into the water from. There was a man-made sand area with reclined chairs, but I never felt like sitting there. The food was disappointing, and the alcoholic drinks were made with poor-quality alcohol. My favorite thing was the chips and guacamole,... more

We, my husband and I and two friends, recently stayed at the Fiestamericana for 10 days. We chose the all inclusive plan because it was only $30.00 more per day for the 2 of us. The breakfast buffet cost $31.00 for the 2 of us so we were ahead of the game early in the day. The buffets had plenty... more

We are a couple in our 40's and we stayed at the Fiesta for 5 nights June 11th - 16th and found it to be better than expected based on the reasonable price we paid - $80.00/ night. Location: The hotel is in a quiet area of Cozumel, out of town and off the beaten path. In my opinion, this... more

Had our first stay a the Fiesta Americana and we can't wait to get back. We would agree that if your looking to party hardy this isn't the place but if you want good room value and a quieter place this is it. We had no problem with any of the staff and found them very helpful. We had a... more
