We just came back from our first trip to Isla, and stayed 7 days at the Cristalmar Resort. We had a wonderful time, thanks to the staff at Cristalmar! They were friendly and accomodating. The Cristalmar Resort and Beach Club is a huge dump, and the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. If you are 30 years old or under, avoid this place at all costs.
