I did an RCI exchange which is our usual method of travel to mexico. Talk about above and beyond. This was the best trip ever. All top shelf including the biosilk products in you room. Stayed at this hotel from 10-17th September 2008 as part of a twin centre (the 2nd week being at Moon Palace) and have to say it was amazing in every way. Our trip was from Sept 10 to Sept 17. At first we were worried about the weather. As it turns out, our concerns were unfounded. There were three hurricanes in the area at the time of our departure. We've stayed at the Moon Palace and the Grand Xcaret all-inclusive before. I must say that Palace Resort just kick the butt of every other brand I've been to in Cancun. It's amazing. First time using an all inclusive resort. From the moment we stepped onto the property, we were treated like royalty. Given towels to wipe our hands and champagne upon check in. I just returned for a great trip @ the Aventura Spa Palace. Our flight wasn't packed, so we had plenty of room to stretch out. Everything was smooth and we had no trouble finding our friendly transportation to the hotel. There was a little bit of a wait so the van could be full, but the guy was so nice,... more
