Nice clean rooms. Staff willing to go the extra mile--they bent over backwards to ensure that my partner could print a document from her computer--very impressive. Free internet. Free local calls. This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had! To make it worse, throughout all the mistakes they made with my reservation, they were not friendly or helpful at all, they made me feel like I was an inconvience even though all the problems were not my fault. more

Great hotel that's very clean, modern, excellent / convenient location and affordable. Location may look sketchy but it's safe. It's just in an older part of downtown.
