We stayed at this hotel for one night (5/26/08), and it was wonderful. We arrived at the hotel jet lagged and exhausted from our transcontinental flight, and a long immigration delay at the airport. The front desk informed us that we had been upgraded to the club level. A nice start. We got to the room, and it was huge... more

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The people at the front desk were amazing, will helpfully answer any questions and are very helpful with anything to do with tourism. They even will call places for you and do anything to help. The hotel is conveniently located with a mall attached. There is a McDonalds, Tim Hortons, with some... more

Just returned from a 2 night getaway and have nothing but great things to say about this hotel. Beautiful, modern 31st floor room with a grat view of downtown buildings, cruise ship terminal, and the bay. Staff were extremely helpful and went out of there way for us, even bringing us up tooth paste and brush, (which I forgot). Recommed... more

Overall this was an average to good Hyatt. The staff was reasonably friendly and the location was good. I had a great view of the city on the 24th floor. The restaurant was nice as was the bar and I really appreciated the concierge (Lorri) who chose some great restaurants for me and my customers (be careful if you are... more

Very impressive building. Our 25th floor room had great views of Downtown Vancouver. The hotel is very conveniently situated with easy access to the Sky Train, 'hop on and off' trolley and bus and all the downtown shops. The decor is new, modern and attractive with comfortable communal rooms like the Mosaic Bar.Our room was spacious, with attractive furnishings, huge comfortable bed... more

i booked this hotel room through priceline, so we did recieve it at probably half the price of a normal room - however, we were very suprised to find a pull out couch as our bed upon our arrival. it was late, and i couldn't be bothered complaining at that point, and again - knowing we'd only paid half price,... more

I spent ages reviewing reviews on Trip Adviser before finally settling on the Hyatt, and I'm delighted to say it was the best choice. The staff were helpful and friendly and very efficient. We were coming off an Alaska cruise and found we were in a 3 hour queue for a taxi from the cruise terminal which is only a... more

We stayed at The Regency Hyatt for two nights as it was a convenient pick up point for a Key West Coach Tour visiting the Rockies. The hotel is very well located, the 18th floor room was superb, with very comfortable beds and modern decor. A special note: You MUST eat at the hotel restaurant and try their 5 course... more

Perhaps my opinion is biased because I received this hotel via Priceline; appreciated the good rate in this very expensive city. I've stayed at many Hyatts and this one ranks right up in the top ten--definitely a 4* hotel. Decor is new & very nice--business-like, modern, masculine & a touch of Asian. Personally not exactly my style, but I can... more
