We won this lovely hotel through Priceline by choosing a 4 star Downtown Toronto Hotel for $75 per night. We drove up to Toronto for one night from Niagara Falls before returning home to Washington DC. This hotel was very easy to locate via Mapquest directions. The bathroom was pristine as was the bedding, however the carpet has seen better... more

This is a reliable Marriott property in a fantastic location. While the hotel does need some updates like the furniture and the TV it offers a quiet and comfortable room with the famous Marriott bed and very good service that one should expect from this chain. Upon arrival I requested an upgrade for my week-long stay and was granted one... more

Stayed here from Thursday 07-04-08 to Monday 07-07-08. Hotel is a bit older and as others have said finding your way from the parking garage to the hotel lobby can be challenging at first. We parked in the self parking at it cost us $42 for about 4 days, which isn't to bad. Pros- Bed--bed was absouletly the best I've... more

A very nice hotel - a typical Marriott property. Although I got a deal via Hotwire, my Marriott Rewards status was honored and I received free breakfast for two, and a half bottle of local wine. The room had all the standard amenities except there was no refrigerator/mini-bar. But it's a clean and comfortable hotel and would be great in... more

We spent one night at the Marriott on Bloor before carting our son's belongings home from university. it is convenient to the Univ of Toronto area. The lobby is small and the one restaurant, just off the lobby, is very much lacking in ambiance. (Matisse would be upset that it has his name on it) Our room was not ready... more

Conference I was attending and presenting at was based here, so I made a reservation directly with the hotel. Not cheap but not outlandish - very straightforward. . Incredibly central, convenient location at the X'ing of two of Toronto's major avenues and subway lines. Land is dear, which explains why the reception, bar and breakfast restaurant are the only hotel... more

I stayed at the Toronto Marriott Bloor Yorkville for 3 days. I liked this hotel. It sits on top of the subway and shopping centers which saved money & time. I loved how there were coffee shops, drug stores, and clothing stores all within the underground. The hotel was close to an array of restaurants from cheap to expensive. The... more

Booked this hotel over priceline for $64USD =priceline fees per night over the weekend of March 7th and 8th, 2008. We were in town for some shopping, r n'r and a leaf's game. Check in was painless and quick. If you don't drive a Lexus or other 'Valet Worthy' vehicle park in the underground parking directly underneath the hotel. I... more

This past Saturday I had a very pleasant stay at the Marriott in Yorkville. Usually when I stay in this area, I stay at the Intercontinental but the Marriott I found to be more welcoming. I believe the hotel had just received an extra AAA star to bring it up to a four star property. I think the service was... more
