I was lucky and able to book a room at the last minute for Quebec City's 400th birthday. The hotel is quite nice, with an attractive lobby and well-maintained, well-furnished rooms. From the time we arrived, with our car parked one and one half blocks away-because we had trouble navigating the one-way streets, the employees went above and beyond in offering exceptional service. After reading some reviews on Tripsadvisor I cancelled reservations at The lowes in Qubec City and made reservations at this hotel. The staff was delightful, helpful and went way above what i am use to from a front desk staff. The rooms were Clean and Location was excellent. more

This is great place to stay in Quebec. It's just outside of the old city, so we could walk to the shops, restaurants, the Citiadel and the famous Chateau de Frontenac.
