On a recent trip with a group of friends we stayed there due to proximity to the Casino (good weekend on the tables too!). My wife booked this place by telephoning. When I arived four hours later, the desk clerk could not find the reservation. Apparently they had trainees and "some of them don't learn so good". I was then informed that I couldn't be booked in for an hour as the computers were down. I looked at my watch 2:00 AM . I... more

Room upon check in was absolutely filthy. Sheets were so stained and dirty I asked them to come and change them and they said to me oh maybe they were missed. Bathroom was gross. I would not let my family use the bathtub at all. Rug was so dirty we did not take our shoes off. Garbage and old food... more
