We stayed in the Travellodge, Bath Central for a weekend in February and had a fabulous time. The one thing you need to remember is that the Travellodge is NOT a hotel. Don't let the great location fool you! It's the worst hotel I have every stayed at! There is a night club underneath - so if you get a ground floor room (of which there are 16 I believe) you have had it for a good night's stay! We booked this hotel simply for the price £76 per night, not that cheap for a travelodge, but it was half term. we had a gruop of athletes who were competing the following day and as we were travelling from darlington it wasnt possible to travel on the morning of the competition so we just wanted a decent sleep....!! we... more

we stayed for one night and although the website said there may be some pub noise in the evening, there was a loud disco in the basement of the hotel waking us frequently until sometime after 2 a.m. i wouldnt reccomend it to anybody and theyve got a nerve opening the place...and it was over 70 quid more
