having heard some good reports i had wanted to stay in ten square for a long time before my husband treated me to a night in one of their more expensive rooms. while my expectations of chic and boutique were initially met in the reception area i found the room itself disappointing and not at all as i had hoped.... more

I can not recommend this hotel. It was quite simply the worst customer service i have ever experienced. From the receptionist who left me open-mouthed and mid-sentence when whilst i was checking in, as she answered the phone. No "excuse me" or "do you mind" and then had a 5 minute conversation, while i simply had to stand there and... more

Ten Square boasts that it is a luxury hotel, but having stayed there on Saturday 26th July, the management need to take a serious look at the service provided. We chose the £190 "Romance Package" and expectations were high, especially after opting for Ten Square over The Merchant. The sprinkling of rose petals, the champagne and the aromatherapy gift set... more

Stayed in Ten Square for my 30th birthday and it was easily the best choice my husband could have made for Belfast. The room was beautiful, definitely luxurious and overlooked the city hall. Some people have complained about stains on the carpet etc but we never found any of that. In fact the room was exceptionally clean; no carpet stains... more

The Hotel described itself as a Luxury BoutIque Hotel (with prices to match). It might have been luxurious 5 years ago but it was tired. We booked a superior room and it was large but the carpet had stains on, one of the chairs had a cigarette burn and there was some mould around the shower edge. The window would... more

I booked the Romance package for my fiancé's birthday last August, and the experience was a disgrace from start to finish. The package is extremely expensive, but tbh, we would have had better nights in our own apartment. There were a litany of mistakes made by reception, staff and management. These included our ordered newspapers never arriving on either morning,... more

Stayed at this hotel (pub) with my partner for a weekend. I had heard great reviews but i was very disappointed. The decor is quite shabby (no doubt nice when first opened) rooms are average for a hotel having allegedly so many stars. The first room that we stayed in was ok but the ceiling was a like a patchwork... more

I stayed in the hotel one night whilst on business. You can park outside for free from 6pm-8am - then the parking charges kick in. Belfast has parking wardens everywhere roaming around the streets in packs at all hours of the day so do risk it! The hotel was friendly and welcoming. The bar and restaurant downstairs looked very nice... more

Stayed here for one nite with my partner in a superior room and absolutely loved it. The room was fitted to complete luxury and had everything that you could possibly want. Would def stay here again. A tip would be to nip down to the bar/lounge during the day for some great lunch food and a few quiet and relaxing... more
