I booked this B&B on recommendation from reviews on Trip Advisor for a birthday weekend for my sister and I have to say we were not disappointed! Theo, the owner is a very friendly man, and will do his upmost to ensure your stay in Belfast is as enjoyable as you want. On arrival (at 7.45am), although our rooms would... more

Of the B&B's we have stayed at in NI, this is one of the nicest. It was a little hard to get to using a bus but the next time we stay, there would not be a problem. Food is very close and there was a great ice cream place just down a bit (1/4 block?) and across the street.... more

Really enjoyed our stay.We paid £50 for a room and stayed for 4 nights.I agree with previous reviews.Very easy to get into central Belfast on the no.8 or 9 bus.In an area with plenty of restaurants and(exclusive) women's clothes shops. We particularly liked eating at Rollo Pollo-where there was home made food at a reasonable price(turn left and cross the... more

By far the star attraction of this lovely guesthouse is the very helpful and friendly owner. The guesthouse itself is clean with modern fittings and very comfortable all round. I was booked in for two nights but was looking for somewhere for another two nights and the owner went to great lengths to find somewhere else for me (as all... more

The place was great value for money, at £50 for a double room, including a great breakfast. Also, there were tea making facitlities and a TV in the en-suite room. The room itself was very clean with fresh linen daily. Theodore, the owner, was very friendly and helpful, The no 9 bus from the city centre (which you catch across... more

Two girls (over 40 but I still like girls rather than ladies) on a one night stay. Firstly it is quite a hike out of the city BUT the buses are very regular and if we'd missed the shops on Lisburn Road i would have been gutted (As rightly predicted Theo, I did go home a few pounds lighter and... more

I stayed here for 8 weeks over August and September of this year (2007), and i must say it was a great place to stay. The rooms were a gud size (i was in almost every 1 so i should know) and they were up to date and very clean. But the thing you'll like best about this place is... more

My wife and I had booked one nights accomadation at All Seasons. Due to unforseen circumstances we had to cancel the trip to Ireland. I canceled all eight B&Bs on the same day which was over a week before we were booked. All Seasons charged a full nights accomadation 45 pounds, I sent three emails to Caemel who has not... more

When we arrived Theo was not due home until the evening, and I believe it was his sister who showed us to our room. As our time in Belfast was limited to just one night, I had many questions and was hoping for some direction to make the most of our stay. She was reluctant to provide assistance and I... more
