I stayed here September 19-20, 2008. My room was clean and roomy enough. The hotel is located right next to the Tours train station which can be a plus if you're travelling to Tours by train. Also, there are a lot of shops close to the train station which means they're also close to the hotel. My room was well... more

I have stayed in many Holiday Inn's and usually know that when in a different country, I can rely on a good standard. Tours does not meet that standard. Parking is via two code controlled doors in an underground car park. When I stayed, I had to park up a nearby street and walk back to the hotel due to... more

I was not confortable with this hotel from the time I walked in the door. The check-in guy gave me a very uncomfortable feeling. My business associate and I had dinner at the hotel restaurant about 10 minutes after checking into the hotel. The waiter must have received 12 phone calls during our meal (we were the only customers). Later... more

My mother and I stayed at this Holiday Inn in Tours for one night (7/23/07) as a part of a two-week long guided tour of France. While the lobby and restaurant area of this hotel seemed to be nice, bright, and clean, we didn't care too much for our actual room. There was some funky stuff coming out of the... more

While we had no great expectations of this property, other than it being centrally located, it was still a disappointment in virtually every aspect. For "central location" read "behind the train station." Light sleepers beware. My "executive" room was dark and small, the safe didn't work, and it was only when I got in bed the first night that I... more

This is a clean and comfortable hotel next to the main train station. The location is great, especially for business travelers or if you have a meeting in the Vinci Congress Centre. The room was cleaner and more up to date than most European 3-star properties and there was a small but functional exercise room (ask for the key when... more

The hotel is located in Tours centre, right alongside the main train station. The hotel was easy to find as a result of advertisements on the approach to Tours. There is a hotel carpark underneath the hotel itself. The hotel was to the standard you woudl expect for a Holiday Inn. The room was small but comfortable, and had a... more

This hotel was booked through the Holiday Inn reservations site, but our request for a double was not recorded and we were booked into a twin room. Our room on the 3rd floor was a reasonable size with a comfortable double bed with a doona. Although overlooking the main train station, the room was quiet. The hotel is convenient for... more

A good clean organised hotel. Reception staff helpful and friendly. Rooms clean and well proportioned. Secure underground parking. Situated next to the main train station with a number of restaurants and bars in the locality. Good location to explore the town and the Loire Valley - we had a wonder 3 days! Would definately return. more

We stayed here for 3 nights from 17th July. It was very handy for the station, but not so handy for the old part of the town. I don't know exactly how far away it was but it seemed to be around a mile. The hotel itself was fine, the usual Holiday Inn standard. The breakfast was good. There were... more
