We stayed at the Mercure Hotel München Am Olympiapark for a 3 day trip to Munich. As usual for an Accor Hotel, it was a good experience. The hotel is a very short (10 minutes MAX) tram ride into the center of town. The tram stop is a 3 minute walk from the hotel. VERY good location, in my opinion.... more

This is a solid hotel, as others have mentioned. It was a little tricky to get to at first, but once found, was very nicely kept and quiet. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I stayed three weeks in East/Central Europe, and this hotel was by far the best I stayed at. Friendly staff with good english. Very comfortable bed, hair dryer, PC with free internet, very quiet. Only negative, breakfast not included; however you have 10 meters from the hotel a great bâckerei (backery) Overall excellent value for the money I paid. more

We spent two nights here while visiting Munich. The hotel was without a doubt the quietest we have experienced in recent European travels. The room was newly renovated, spotless, and comfortable. the mercure is excellently run and offers its guests a little extra something. as it was the xmas period when we stayed, there was mulled wine on tap and typical german biscuits and stollen cake to warm you up! the staff are also incredibly helpful and always happy to give you info and advice on the town. the rooms are... more
