Lovely looking hotel and pleasant staff. As others have said though try and avoid rooms at the front near the entry door (1, 3 and 4)- very noisy until about 2am - with everyone coming back in after a night on the town. The door buzzer is also very loud. more

Very nice and fashionable hotel in the city, easily accessible by Metro and within walking distance to many places in the main city area. The room was a bit small but still very comfortable. They provide a good quality breakfast with an excellent spread. Definitely recommend this place! more

Nice staff, biligual. Very friendly. Rooms were clean, elegant for the price. Ipod dock, free apples, TV (if needed) good location to enjoy Madrid. Was ripped off by the cab driver, charged a random fee for taking me to the airport, but other than that, it went well. more
