Very friendley staff, room clean, when returning to I O M will book again. One small problem "pillows" the ones you have need replacing and a few extras would not go a miss. overall you can book this hotel and get good vaule for money. more

What a lovely surprise this hotel was. Truly friendly outgoing staff on all dealings with them. I really felt like I was a guest there and not a customer. Booked a suite, which was pleasantly spacious, although decor is a little out of date, although this did not bother me particularly. Booked a superior room, and it wasn't really up to scratch. Supposed lounge room in our room wasn't there. Instead we got a chez lange with a big old cigarette burn in it! Decor very tired and looked like it hadn't been touched since the 80's. Same goes for Jacuzzi bath. Bedding and curtains faded. Only one pillow per person!!... more

I stayed at the hotel in November with my partner on a half board special. The staff were lovely and really helpful but the best part was the room.
