It stands head and shoulders above other 4 Star hotels. I'd rate it a solid 4.5. Its not new or newly redecorated...so you could have individual "room issues" Our hair dryer was dead.. not a big deal...the carpet could have been "cleaner looking" but I'd book here again in a heart beat. I really wanted to give the Melrose hotel a high rating since I got such a good price on the room. Staff is very friendly-checked us in early. Had to switch rooms.
