The Candy Cane is my favorite motel at Disneyland. Everyone I have recommended it to loves it. The people who are complaining in these reviews must be the type of people who are never satisfied by anything and probably thought Disneyland was a drag. You really have to compare and look at what you pay for. If you want perfection... more

My family and I stayed here on June 14th to the 19th and it was wonderful! We had adjoining rooms since we had a big family, and it worked out perfectly. The hotel staff is really nice, and the property is maintained nicely. The breakfast in the morning is delicious. There is 7 Eleven and ABC market right next door... more

..The service is wonderful, the rooms are comfortable and you couldn't ask for a better location. We had a last minute modification to our booking and the general manager went out of his way to accommodate us. more

Dear Sonny K., The Candy Cane Inn must have really been 'something' when first built !! It still is quite special BUT needs some red paint on the curbs for fire safety AND spaces should be marked to coincide with rooms .......may mean you need to build upward somehow. Cozy, garden effect is most enjoyable but the parking dilemma would... more

Hello. I sure hope that this gets to somebody who can give BIG hugs, great "atta-boys", and occassional raises. My family just stayed at your wonderfully awesome inn, and I must say that your staff ROCKS!!!!! Adrian, James, Gary and Marissa ALL went beyond the call of duty for us. We flew in from Reno,Nv. and my Mom and Dad(who... more

We stayed at the Candy Cane Inn when visiting Disneyland. What a delightful surprise. We were really impressed with the service and the price. We used AAA, parked our car there for 2 full days instead of Disney parking, then shuttled over. The room was clean and cute. Nothing fancy but very nice for what we were there for. Family... more

We booked this property on recommendation from trip advisor and if this is voted the best property in Anaheim, then the rest must be pretty dire. This is nothing but an average motel. It is average for cleanliness, average for room appointment, average for service and below average for breakfast. Our room was okay, we had a serious issue with... more

First and foremost I thank you for staying with us and apologize that your stay was less than to your expectations. Though our breakfast was not what you expected, I would like to inject that our expanded continental breakfast consists of 3 fresh fruits, 3 cold cereals, variety of hot oatmeal’s, muffins (bran too), bagels (wheat too), donuts, pastries, croissants,...

We stayed at the Candy Inn for 5 nights in April as part of our Disneyland trip. The rooms were clean, cool and quiet. The grounds are beautiful, with flowers, palm trees and birds. The breakfast was very good. It is an easy 10 minute walk to the front entrance of Disneyland and you don't even have to cross any... more

The Good: Location --- The hotel is located within easy walking distance to Disneyland, it took us about 11-12 minutues to walk from our room to the park entrance. The hotel also has a shuttle bus that drops off and picks up every half an hour on the hour. We ended up only using the bus one morning to go... more

I booked the Candy Cane Inn for 5 days in May with my two children ages 10 and 12 based solely on the positive reviews stated here. At the time, there were virtually no negative reviews posted. I wish I could add another glowing review, but unfortunately, I can't. The positives: The beds were wonderful, with thick mattresses and even thicker... more

We thank you for staying with us and appreciate your comments, be they positive as well as negative you have posted. If we say that we do not listen to our guests that would certainly not be the case and I sincerely appreciate the time you have taken to respond. In response to our down comforters, we are in the...
