This was a great trip, we completely enjoyed ourselves. Although the hotel is expensive we felt as though we were paying for convenience, we had two teenagers and a toddler, so having the option of going back to the room during nap time and being close to the park while letting the teenagers do their own things worked out perfect.... more

When staying at this hotel you are paying for the proximity to the parks and Downtown Disney. It's so nice to walk to your room after a long day of walking. I was surprised how well the room looked based on the poor condition of the exterior (elevators, hallway, carpeting, etc). The Wonder building has seen better days. It's not... more

I have to say, after reading some of the reviews of this hotel i thought we were going to a total dive. From the time we walked in the door of the hotel, until we left 3 days later....everything was really seamless. We arrived at the hotel really early to register knowing our room wouldn't be available until 3 or... more

Staying at the Disneyland Hotel is a great option if you're spending a couple of days at the Disneyland and/or California Adventure parks. The hotel is within easy walking distance of both parks as well as Downtown Disney, which offers shopping, restaurants, and entertainment. The rooms are comfortable. They're large (ours had two double beds) and decorated with all things... more

We stayed at the Disneyland Hotel July 14-17. The room was large and nice, with the exception of the bathroom faucet which looked like it had corrosion on it, and the view which was partially obstructed by an outdoor elavator shaft. The staff was nice, however we had a huge complaint. The one time (over 3 days) we could actually... more

Having stayed at Disney World recently, now I have something to compare Disneyland and the Disneyland Hotel too. I must say that the best experience that we have had was at the Disneyland Hotel (out of all the Disney properties we have stayed at). It's a charming hotel with a great swimming pool. When we stayed, we were give complementary... more

We just got back from a 6 night stay at Disneyland and we had such a great time! The night we arrived, our plane was delayed two times and then we had to get our rental car at two in the morning. The "kid" at the rental office gave us the wrong direction and we were lost for about 40... more

Our family of 6 stayed in a one bedroom sweet in the Bonita wing last year and we had a great time, five nights was not enough!! We enjoyed everything like the neverland pool(could use more seating though), location and the room. The buffet at Goofys kitchen was great and the kids could hardly eat due to all the characters... more

I just read a review where the writer complained that she expected more for $300 a night. Disneyland is a hot tourist destintation, and not a hotel in Middle America. Sure, one can get a room for $300 a night at the Ritz Carlton in St. Louis and be wowed by 1st class service and room decorations, but what is... more

Just got back from a 5 night stay at the Disneyland Hotel. I found it to be no better than a run down Holiday Inn with Disney decor and a good location. The room was clean be very small and I could hear everything from the room next door. Our room had a suite door that was not sound proof... more
