This riad was the highlight of our stay in Morocco. From the spectacular traditional Moroccan interiors to the outstanding four course dinners our expectations were surpassed in every aspect. The riad is very centrally located - no more than five minutes walk to the souqs - and the kindness and hospitality that we were shown by Kadiri Mohammed and his... more

We selected this riad based on the reviews on this site and we were not disappointed. An excellent location. Beautiful venue and superb food. We were made warmly welcome by the helpful staff and had a fabulous time. The food was superior to the Maison Blue and to be frank the venue was better as well. I'd recommend booking a... more

We just returned home from a wonderful trip to Morocco that included a two night stay in Fes. We stayed at the Dar Al Andalous Riyad in the old city of Fes. In a word it was the highlight of our trip! The hotel itself is elegent and inviting. The suties had their own baths, canopy beds, and elegant furnishings... more

The welcome we received on arrival at the beautiful Riad Dar Al Andalous made the long train journey from Marrakech completely worthwhile. This gorgeous place is tucked away towards the end of Rue Derb Bennani Douh and comprises two connecting houses that have been reconstructed into one fabulous building. The imposing large wooden door opens onto candlelit hallways that lead... more

With my spouse we like to visit foreign countries. Morocco is a very good destination because people speak French (and English). Our friends use to go to Marakech a nice town but very touristic. Fès is certainly the most beautiful and authentic city of Morocco. The medina is fabulous probably the biggest in the world. You can lost yourself in... more

My wife and I stayed here in late November for 2 evenings. It is close to the local museum and old medina. A 5-10 minute walk. We received a warm and personal welcome from the proprietor, Mr. Kadiri. We learned that two great family houses have been lovingly restored in a classic and traditional Moroccan style. The large inner courtyard... more

The beauty of this Riad will make you want to take photos rather than sleep, at least it did for me. The owners could not have been friendlier or more welcoming, the staff overall was very nice though we did encounter some issues over comforters on the bed (possible a language issue given their French is much better than their... more

This is a beautiful Riad, although, be aware of the prices! We had dinner at the Riad and failed to ask how much it would cost. It ended up being 30 euro per person (plus drinks)...which we thought was quite a lot for the meal. Also, the drinks inside the room are at normal hotel mini-bar prices as well (the... more

This Riad was truly incredible, especially compared to the Riad we stayed at in Marrakech, Riad Ifoulki. The staff was so friendly and helpful and truly made an effort to make our stay in Fes as comfortable as possible. The Riad itself is beautiful and fairly centrally located, the rooms are spacious and clean and the food is absolutely amazing.... more

My husband and I arrived at the Riad after a ten hour travel day. We were promptly greeted and served tea in beautifully tiled courtyard. The staff is warm and simply want to please and the rooms are large, but dimly lit, intimate and romantic. We were made a delicious feast our first night that was served in a private... more
