Just got back from a 4 night stay in the Kenzi Farah. I had been rather worried reading about the useless air con, considering we were going in August, and i knew it would be boiling hot! Anyway luckily for us we were put into an accomodation block that did have working Air Con, it was fantastic. In fact the... more

The hotel looks great when you arrive - particularly after travelling around Morocco for 8 days - however...... Hygiene standards behind the scenes were poor - we used the fire exit staircase because the lift wasnt working. There were food spills on the floor but these were not cleared in the 48 hours that we were there. Pricewise its also... more

This was my first time in Marrakech, Morrocco so on first experience, i think it went ok! when you get out the ariport the taxi men with grab your bag and push it into their car, they will try to charge you 150drm. Barter straight away since its only meant to charge you 100drm. Thats the same for coming back!... more

My partner and I spent 3 nights at the Kenzi Farah. The room was great -if a little on the hot side (there was air conditioning, but it wasn't very powerful). It was very big, and the marbled bathroom was in good condition and with a separate toilet. We used all 3 restaurants - the buffet dinner (generally with HB)... more

We have just come back from a stay in Marrakech, Morocco at the Kenzi Farah. Expedia rated this a 5 star but i would rate it 4. The hotel overall was great, friendly staff, beautifull surroundings and cleanliness second to none. The bottled water was quite expensive so i would advise buying bulk from a supermarket if you can find... more

I'd rate Kenzi Farah as average - five out of ten, with basic rooms (the air con didn't really work), basic breakfast and indifferent [slightly rude] service (the French connection). The pool was one good thing, giving a chance to cool off after a hot day in the Medina. And the fact it served alcohol was a welcome break too.... more

This is a very mediocre hotel and not worth going to. The hotel needs to be upgraded, I would say this is maybe a 3star hotel, certainly not the 5star it claims to be. Rooms: - phone did not work - toilet did not work (kept running) - the remote control for the TV was disgusting (had to wash it... more

i still cant believe this hotel has 5 stars.. management is a bit of a mess, breakfast was even more of a mess and not nearing even 3 star quality. it would have been nice if management had been kind enough to tell its guests about the hour change in morocco, as well (i hope nobody missed their flights due... more

We stayed at the Kenzi farah hotel for 4 nights on a short break. We only decided to go to Marrakech about a week before we went and so i was in a bit of a rush to book a hotel. The hotel was OK, nothing special, but for the price I didn't really expect anything more. I knew it... more

Me and my girlfriend stayed at Kenzi Farah in February and were very nervous considering the mixed reviews we had seen on this website. However these nerves were eradicated when we pulled up outside the hotel and saw the marble entrance and somebody came and took our bags off us straight away and brought them to our rooms. The hotel... more
