Hubby + I turned up @ Caravan hotel in January in a taxi. Stayed for 1 night. They let us keep the luggage for pickup 7pm next day. Twin rooms, very large + warm. Bathrooms clean. Hotel Caravan was a stark contrast to barren landscape of ladakh. I could actually smell the green grass in the garden. The staff was courteous and ever helpful. The rooms carpeted and lovely. I will definitely return. more
