Compared to the other Disney Hotel in the same area with Hollywood theme, this one is significantly less crowded. The hotel is beautiful, the room is spacious and the service is excellent. I still remember one time we came back to our room when it was already dark outside to find the lights in our room had been turned on... more

We went with our then 2 year old daughter and inlaws. We were upgraded to a fantasia room and loved the jacuzzi tub. Our daughter loved her slippers and little robe.
