As you would expect from an Intercontinental, the hotel is immaculate, well located and the staff are extremely helpful. I find no fault with anything in that regard - however in direct contravention of at least 2 of its own green policies, the hotel serves Shark Fin Soup in one of its restaurants. Stayed here briefly during business trip. Fantastic room, large, well lit, huge bed, amazing bathroom and lots of facilities. All totally spotless. Staff were professional rather than friendly and welcoming. Check in/out was quick and efficient without any hanging around. Good location. Definitely stay there again. more
