We arrived at 10.30am after a 14 hour flight. I know check in is supposed to be 3.00pm but we weren't given our rooms even then. One couple had to wait till 4.20pm. We were exhausted by then. Nice, high-rise tower in one of the Santiago business districts - comfy rooms, nice breakfast, very well equipped gym, and extremely helpful, friendly staff. A bit more pricey than other hotels nearby. There is another ICH hotel about 70 yards away (Holiday Inn Express) which is quite a lot cheaper.
