We stayed at the Sofitel for 5 days. The beach, snorkling, water activities and pool were great. The food, service and rooms were poor. The rating should be lower. Service was very slow and overall friendliness and willingness of the staff to give assistance was below average. The location is very good. more

The spot is very nice and the beach and pavillion are great. But the hygiene of the bath room is undiscussable, old and in a terrible shape. Please change this as soon as impossible because this is for us sooo standard that missing this it will slash down all your efforts fundamentally. more

The Sofitel Sharm el Sheikh has a classy location all right, especially if you're into snorkelling - walk into the sea and get to see some great stuff.
