Yes, we had a good stay and yes it is a nice hotel with good views on the rice paddies. Good value - however the standard rooms didn't really have a good bathroom (not to clean). If you have the choice book a more expensive room! more

Thoroughly pleasant stay. Staff was unfailingly polite and friendly (though true of about everyone we met in Bali), room was comfortable. Internet connection was lousy, though. Only available in the restaurant, and was very slow. We organized pickup by the hotel from the airport. No brainer, as it's the same cost as a taxi. more

Beautiful, simple, great staff, lovely view of rice paddies. Great value. It's not 5 star, but I prefer something unpretentious like this. Can walk to centre or staff will drive to and pick you up from centre. Will go again! more

Stayed at Room 26 which is new, clean with a balcony that offers spectacular views of padi fields with ducks swimming in there ! Stayed at Tegal Sari for 3 nights and it was a truely memorable experience. Everything from the rooms, the drivers, the food and spa were flawless. The service was exceptionally good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The Pertenin Spa by Tegal Sari was also good.
