Although the location of the hotel is not near to the centre of Moscow and the sights around Red Square, it is only 2 metro stops away which was not as inconvienient as we first thought. Hotel Katerina in Moscow is a very pleasant, four-star standard establishment. I booked via Asiarooms.com and paid a very reasonable price, all the more so given the seeming expense of accomodation in Moscow. Hotel Katerina is a wonderful, not overpriced hotel in an expensive city. The hotel rooms are average-sized but have comfortably beds and some have nice views of the river.
