The key thing to realise about Anda Lanta is that, for the moment, it is separated from the rest of Ko Lanta by a dirt road that requires 4x4 trucks organised by the resort, since regular taxis cannot make the crossing. I've stayed at Andalanta for a week at the end of December 2007 and I was a little bit disappointed about the resort.
