This is part of a boutique hotel chain with one other location in Buenos Aires and one under construction. The staff was wonderful. They were very helpful, checked us in early and gave us a great room when we returned for one more night at the end of our stay. The rooms were very comfortable-apartment style- and nicely decorated. I stayed in a large suite overlooking the pool in the Ayres de Palermo last December. It far exceeded any hotel stay I've ever had in a city and felt more like having a corporate apartment - but with all of the benefits (reception staff , full breakfast, etc.) of a hotel. Was referred here after all other options in the city were booked. This is a brand new addition to the Ayres min-chain of hotels.
