We arrived from Anchorage Alaska in 113 degree heat. Our room was not ready untill one hour after check in time. The grounds are beautiful but directions to our room were vauge and we wandered around untill we found it. The shower door was broken and nobody ever did come to repair it. Resort fee? The hotel's claim to fame is its’ architecture, being done in the prairie style of Frank Lloyd Wright, and the hotel remains true to that vision. I stayed here for one night at the end of a ten day road tip through Arizona, Utah and Nevada and it made for a perfect ending to a great holiday. Stayed here for a conference. Horrible wait staff at meals. Food is overly expensive and not very good. Pool is drab and the rooms are downright boring. You'd think for the price that you pay to stay there that the rooms would at least have nice beds and duvets...but oh no...they don't. I'd never go back. more
