Rooms are clean and well maintained. Comfortable beds and everything works. Exterior is well kept. However, be sure to 2x or 3x check your reservations as they get lost sometimes. TV news limited to CNN, which is irritating. Breakfast does not start on time. Coke machines empty constantly. Often it is the details that make a business trip a pain... more

This is a very nice mid-priced hotel in the Phoenix area and of course, every room is a suite which is very nice. The pool is small but heated and it does have an exercise room which is also nice.
