The bed and room were luxurious! The breakfast was yummy and offered bacon and sausage. The pool was warm (outdoors), but the hot tub could have used a cleaning. The staff also provided shuttles to Great America in the hotel van! more

We had planned a trip to Santa Clara and took advantage of the Great America package, which included room, 2 adult tickets, complimentary dinner and breakfast buffet. The rooms were recently remodeled and were very comfortable. The pool and hot spa could used some updating. We were very happy with your stay and recommend the Hawthorne Suites! more

I totally rely on the TA ratings for choosing a hotel. My suite was nice. They are in the process of remodeling. New paint and fixtures and carpet through out. The bed was super comfortable.
