This hotel seemed very musty and old. The carpet was bumpy and wrinkled. The pool area was a joke! The hot tub did not work and when we called the front desk to let them know they did not seem to care. The couch smelled dirty and the sheets on the bed were stained! more

Not a very good hotel. Nice desk personnel, but the room was very basic and had a wrinkled and dirty carpet. The hotel itself, is behind another hotel and is hard to find. Further, very little parking. You have to park on the road if the lot is full. Make a different hotel choice. more

Booked 2 nights due to weather concerns and stayed one, mainly because the bed was not comfortable, flat sheet on the mattress that came off and hard foam pillows. Standard 26" TV with fair reception. The room window was cracked through the middle. I noticed this when I attempted to slide it open to let fresh air in. The room... more

I had taken my daughters to the pool and had just walked back into the room when the phone began to ring. It was the front desk advising me they had gotten complaints about the noise. I assured them that we had not been in our room and it must be someone else. The girls got their pajamas on and... more

We stayed there for one night last week and the hotel was very disappointing. The hotel looked and felt old. The carpeting in our room was all rippled and not pulled tight from age. The pool was freezing I would advise a wetsuit. The breakfast was comical, tiny pasteries, juice, boxes of cereal for food. All for $120. No way... more

We found that the hotel was clean, quiet and convenient to the airport and several resurants. Earlier reviews were critical of the staff but we got some good recommendations and directions from the staff. One staff member wrote out excellent directions to Coors Field and another gave us a good recommendation with directions for a Mexican resturant. The breakfast was... more

This is a very basic, plain Ramada Inn. Our room was not attractive. The breakfast area is minute. There is no business center. When we asked the front desk for help in printing out our boarding passes, we were told to go across the street to the Holiday Inn Express. Which we did and their staff was most helpful, wish that... more

We were on our way home from vacation in Wyoming and needed a place to stay for our early flight home. Our non-smoking room was clean and spacious with a fridge and microwave. The pool was open 24 hours, which the kids loved. The Benigans across the street was perfect for a late dinner. The hotel offered a wake up... more

Just needed a place to overnight after a late arrival at the airport. The courtesy shuttle arrived within 15 minutes, as promised. The driver was overly courteous, agreeing to squeeze an additional half-dozen passengers into the van even though they were not customers at any of the hotels for whom he worked. Nice of him but it made for a... more

We booked our room within hours of arriving, in order to flee a blizzard in the high country. After a long, harrowing drive over the mountain pass, we arrived at 11:00 p.m. to find a beautiful room with separate sitting area, huge kingsize bed, and best of all, complimentary cocktails in the mini-fridge and great snacks in a basket on... more
